Drob de curcan cu mozzarella


Varianta mai light a traditionalului drob de miel, cel de curcan e usor de pregatit si foarte gustos si consistent.

Pentru 3-4 portii am folosit:

– 500g carne tocata de curcan
– 2 oua (1 fiert)
– 2 legaturi ceapa verde
– 2 catei usturoi
– 4 feliute subtiri de mozzarella light
– sare, piper


Am amestecat carnea cu 1 ou crud, cu ceapa tocata si usturoiul pisat, am asezonat cu sare si piper si am pus compozitia obtinuta intr-un vas termoizolant cu hartie de copt, in care am pus in prealabil un ou fiert. Am copt drobul 40 minute la 220°C, apoi am pus mozzarella peste si am mai copt inca 5 minute la 180°C.

L-am lasat la racit si apoi l-am servit cu sos de usturoi si fulgi de chilli.
