Schnitzel crocant la cuptor


Foarte bune mi-au iesit schnizelele, chiar daca nu le-am prajit in ulei, ci le-am copt in cuptor. Chiar si sotului meu, care nu tine dieta, i-au placut tare mult. Datorita taratei au iesit mai crocante la exterior, iar carnea a ramas frageda.
Pentru 4 schnitzele mari am folosit:
– 4 bucati file piept de curcan (sau pui)
– 2 oua
– 2 linguri cu varf de tarate de ovaz
– sare, piper
Am frecat carnea cu sare si piper, apoi am dat-o prin tarate si prin ou si am pus-o pe tava cu hartie de copt.
Am copt schnitzelele circa 30 minute la 220°C.
Se pot servi cu sos de usturoi la PP sau cu piure de conopida la PL.
