Bors cu fasole verde


Gata mica pauza de Valentine’s Day, azi revenim in forta cu retete noi! Si am zis ca o ciorbica de fasole verde n-ar strica. Sanatoasa, usoara si gustoasa.
Pentru 4 portii am folosit:
– 4 ciocanele de pui
– 400g fasole verde
– 1l bors
– 200ml bulion
– 1 ceapa
– 1 telina
– 1 pastarnac
– 2 morcovi
– 1 radacina patrunjel
– sare
Cum am procedat:
– am curatat ciocanelele de piele si le-am spalat bine, apoi le-am pus la fiert in apa, cat sa le acopere
– cand au inceput sa fiarba am adaugat fasolea si celelalte legume spalate si curatate si am lasat la fiert aprox. 30 minute
– am adugat apoi borsul, bulionul si sarea si am mai fiert la foc mic inca 5 minute
