Nachos

Iata ca am revenit cu o idee numai buna pentru cei carora le place rontaiala. De data asta cu un fel de nachos din tarate de ovaz care merg de minune cu un sos de usturoi si iaurt, la un film, la emisiunea preferata, sau pur si simplu cand ne ia foamea sau pofta de rontait.

Pentru 2 portii am folosit:

  • 4 linguri tarate de ovaz macinate
  • 2 galbenusuri
  • 100g iaurt light
  • 1 lingurita mustar fara zahar
  • sare, boia, praf de usturoi

Mod de preparare:

  • amestecam bine toate ingredientelepana obtinem o pasta consistenta
  • intindem compozitia pe o tava cu hartie de copt si o nivelam
  • coacem la 180°C cca 15 minute
  • scoatem si taiem in forma de triunghiuri
  • coacem la 50°C inca vreo 5-10 minute pana se usuca
  • presaramm boia si servim cu dip
