Oua umplute cu mousse de pastrav afumat si hrean

Iata o varianta mai light de oua umplute, insa cat se poate de gustoase.

Pentru 8 bucati am folosit:

  • 4 oua fierte
  • 100g pastrav afumat
  • 1 lingura philadelphia light
  • 1 lingurita pasta concentrata de hrean
  • sare, piper negru

Mod de preparare:

  • fierbem ouale tari, le decojim si le portionam in doua
  • galbenusurile, pastravul, philadelphia, hreanul, sarea si piperul le punem in robotul de bucatarie si formam o pasta omogena
  • umplem jmatatile de albusuri cu crema si decoram dupa preferinte
