Tarta cu sunca si sparanghel

La cererea unei dukanite dragi mie, iata ca am gatit si ceva cu sparanghel, daca e timpul lui… si nu orice, o tarta delicioasa si sanatoasa, numai buna pentru un pranz PL copios insa light si cat se poate de rapid de pregatit.

Ingrediente:

Blat:

  • 2 linguri tarate ovaz macinate
  • 1 ou
  • 2 linguri quark
  • 1/4 cub drojdie
  • 1 lingura faina soia (optional)
  • sare, piper

Topping:

  • 4 felii sunca light
  • 4 rosii cherry
  • 100g sparanghel alb/verde
  • 1 cutie branza perle 0,2%
  • 2 oua
  • cascaval light
  • seminte de in/chia

Mod de preparare:

  • amestecam ingredientele pt. blat, turnam compozitia intr-o forma de tort si o coacem putin pana se intareste aprox. 8 minute
  • amestecam ouale cu branza si cascavalul si turnam comozitia peste blatul putin copt
  • asezam sunca, sparanghelul si rosiile peste, adaugam si semintele
  • coacem tarta cca 20 minute la 180°C pana se rumeneste frumos
