Carrot cake

Ingrediente:

  • 2 oua
  • 4 linguri tarate de ovaz macinate
  • 2 linguri faina de soia/amidon
  • 1 ceasca lapte (100ml)
  • 2 morcovi
  • 1 lingura cu varf scortisoara
  • 5-6 linguri indulcitor
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt

Mod de preparare:

  • intr-un bol incapator amestecam toate ingredientele solide, adaugam laptele treptat si amestecam bine, apoi lasam amestecul deoparte cca 30 minute
  • dam morcovul pe razatoare si il adaugam in compozitia obtinuta anterior, apoi punem si galbenusurile si scortisoara si omogenizam
  • separat batem albusurile spuma tare si apoi incorporam spuma in amestecul de tarate
  • omogenizam compozitia si o turnam intr-un vas termorezistent
  • coacem checul cca 45 minute la 180°C
  • putem decora checul cu un topping din quark, indulcitor si esente
  • pudram cu scorisoara
