Ingrediente pt. 10 bucati:

Aluat:

  • 4 linguri tarate de ovaz
  • 2 linguri tarate de grau (incepand cu croaziera)
  • 2 oua
  • 8 linguri iaurt
  • 2 linguri quark
  • 1/4 cubulet drojdie
  • sare

Topping:

  • 10 felii sunca degresata taiate marunt
  • pasta de tomate
  • 5 baby mozzarella light injumatatite
  • oregano

Mod de preparare:

  • amestecam bine toate ingredientele pt. aluat
  • luam cate o lingura din compozitia obtinuta si punem pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt
  • coacem pitutele pt. cca 10 min. la 180°C pana se intaresc putin
  • le scoatem din cuptor, le ungem cu pasta de tomate, adaugam sunca si presaram oregano si le mai coacem 15 min.
  • apoi punem si mozzarella peste si mai lasam putin in cuptorul inchis pana se topeste branza peste

Pofta buna!

Daca renuntam la taratele de grau si inlocuim mozzarella cu branza pana in 2% se pot consuma si in atac.
