Salatini/Crackers cu hrean

Sau un fel de biscuiti sarati dukan, usori si super crocanti, cu gust de hrean… Numai buni pentru rontait la un film.

Ingrediente pt. 2 portii/zile croaziera:

  • 4 linguri tarate de ovaz
  • 2 linguri tarate de grau
  • 2 oua
  • 4 linguri iaurt light
  • 2 linguri quark light
  • 1/4 cubulet drojdie
  • 1 lingurita pasta de tomate concentrata
  • 1 lingurita pasta de hrean concentrata
  • sare, piper, boia, chilli, busuioc, oregano, cimbru
  • chimen, seminte de in

Mod de preparare:

  • amestecam bine toate ingredientele cu exceptia chimenului si a semintelor de in
  • turnam compozitia obtinuta pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt
  • presaram chimen si seminte de in
  • coacem foaia cca 10 minute la 180°C pana se intareste putin
  • scoatem tava si cu ajutprul unei rotite de pizza portionam foaia de biscuite dupa preferinte
  • coacem salatini cu usa cuptorului intre-deschisa cca. 15 minute pana devin rumeni

Merg super cu lapte batut sau kefir light.

Daca se renunta la taratele de grau si semintele de in, pot fi consumate si in atac.
