Caserola de pui cu ciuperci

O mancare gustoasa, simplu si rapid de pregatit, cat se poate de light si sanatoasa, iar daca se renunta la ciuperci, poate fi consumata si la PP.

Ingrediente:

  • 400g piept de pui dezosat si fara pielita
  • 200g ciuperci champignon (incepand cu croaziera)
  • 2-3 fire de ceapa verde
  • 1 ceasca lapte (150-200ml)
  • 2 oua
  • 2 linguri quark
  • sare, piper alb, cimbru, busuioc

Mod de preparare:

  • spalam si taiem cubulete pieptul de pui si il punem intr-o forma de chec termorezistenta (eu l-am fiert in lapte in prealabil pt. a fi mai fraged – pas optional)
  • adaugam ciupercutele taiate cubulete, apoi ceapa tocata marunt
  • peste turnam sosul alb (amestecam quark-ul cu ouale, sarea si laptele pana la omogenizare)
  • deasupra presaram mirodeniile si dam la cuptor caserola cca 30min la 180°C pana se rumeneste putin
