Chec cu goji

Rapid, gustos si bun incepand cu Atacul, checul cu goji poate fi servit dimineata la o cafea sau pur si simplu ca desert.

Ingrediente pt. 2 zile de croaziera:

  • 3 oua
  • 4 linguri tarate de ovaz
  • 2 linguri tarate de grau
  • 1 lingura gluten (optional)
  • 2 linguri lapte praf/ 1 lingura amidon
  • 2 linguri goji
  • 5 linguri indulcitor
  • 1 ceasca lapte (100ml)
  • esenta de vanilie

Mod de preparare:

  • mixam galbenusurile cu indulcitorul si esenta, adaugam taratele, glutenul si laptele praf, apoi laptele si goji si omogenizam
  • separat batem albusurile spuma si le incorporam la compozitia obtinuta anterior
  • punem coca intr-o tava de chec ai coacem aprox. 25 min la 180°C pana se rumeneste frumos
