Vinete umplute

Ingrediente:

  • 1 vanata mare
  • 1 ou
  • 2 linguri quark
  • 1 lingura cubulete sunca degresata
  • cateva rondele praz
  • 4 catei usturoi
  • mozzarella/cascaval light (optional)
  • sare, piper

Mod de preparare:

  • taiem vanata in doua, o curatam de interior
  • pulpa o tocam marunt si o amestecam cu restul ingredientelor
  • umplem jumatatile de vanata cu amestecul obtinut
  • coacem vanata umpluta la 200°C cca 15-20min pana se rumeneste frumos
