Tarta cu branza si goji

Ingrediente pt. 2 portii croaziera:

Foaie:

  • 4 linguri tarate de ovaz
  • 1 ou
  • 2 linguri quark
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara
  • 2 lingurite indulcitor lichid

Umplutura:

  • 60g telemea light 7%
  • 5 linguri quark
  • 3 linguri branza perle
  • 2 oua mari
  • 1 fiola esenta vanilie
  • 1 fiola esenta portocale
  • 4 linguri indulcitor lichid

Mod de preparare:

  • amestecam bine toate ingredientele pt. blat si turnam compozitia intr-o forma de tarta tapetata cu hartie de copt
  • coacem blatul cca 10min la 180°C
  • amestecam bine toate ingredientele pt. umplutura si turnam compozitia peste blatul scos din cuptor
  • dam iar la cuptor pt. inca 15-20min pana se rumeneste frumos peste
  • ornam cu goji
