Chifle pufoase

Simplu si rapid de preparat, chiflele astea sunt super pufoase, numai bune pentru niste burgeri a caror reteta urmeaza.

Ingrediente pt. 6 chifle:

  • 4 linguri tarate de ovaz
  • 2 linguri tarate de grau
  • 2 oua mari
  • 6 linguri lapte
  • 1 praf sare
  • 1 lingurita rasa praf de copt
  • seminte de in

Mod de preparare:

  • separam albusurile de galbenusuri
  • amestecam galbenusurile cu restul ingredientelor, cu exceptia semintelor de in, si omogenizam bine compozitia
  • batem spuma albusurile cu praful de sare si o incorporam cu grija la coca obtinuta anterior
  • punem compozitia in forme de silicon, adaugam niste seminte de in peste si o coacem la 180°C cca 20min pana chiflele se rumenesc frumos

Chiflele se pot consuma in 2 zile de croaziera de catre o persoana si au 2 tolerate: taratele de grau si semintele de in. Daca se renunta la acestea, ele pot fi consumate si in atac.
