Mancare de fasole verde

Ingrediente:

  • 500g fasole verde (eu am folosit fasole cu pastaie subtire dar merge si cea lata)
  • 1 lingura amidon
  • 1 cana lapte
  • 1 galbenus
  • 2 linguri quark
  • 3 catei usturoi pisati
  • sare, piper alb, bucuioc si cimbru

Mod de preparare:

  • punem fasolea la fiert
  • separat facem un sos cu restul ingredientelor
  • cand fasolea da in clocot, stingem focul, o scurgem de apa si o punem intr-o tigaie de teflon in care am incins in prealabil o lingurita de ulei de masline
  • prajim fasolea putin si apoi adaugam sosul peste
  • cand sosul s-a intarit, e gata
