Fish Burgers

Iata o varianta mai light de burgeri, din carne de peste, dar nu neaparat mai putin gustosi. Eu am folosit cam tot pestele ce-l aveam prin bucatarie, de la ton in conserva pana la somon afumat… si a iesit o nebunie!

Ingrediente:

  • 200g somon afumat
  • 200g pastrav afumat
  • 1 conserva de ton in suc propriu
  • 1 conserva sardine
  • 1 conserva sprot afumat
  • 2 oua
  • 1 ceapa (tocata)
  • 3 catei usturoi (pisati)
  • 1 lingurita pasta de tomate concentrata
  • 1 lingurita mustar
  • 1 lingurita pasta de hrean
  • 1 lingurita tarhon in otet
  • 1 lingura quark
  • sare, piper, cimbru, busuioc
  • sos de soia

Mod de preparare:

  • amestecam bine toate ingredientele intr-un castron mare
  • formam burgeri pe care ii stropim cu sos de soia
  • intr-o tigaie de teflon bine incinsa (sau pe gratar) prajim chiftelele pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc frumos
