Piept de curcan umplut cu cascaval

Ingrediente:

  • 4 bucati de piept de curcan (doar partea interioara)/pui
  • 4 felii cascaval light
  • sare si boia

Mod de preparare:

  • cu un cutit bine ascutit se gaureste pieptul si apoi se umple cu feliile de cascaval
  • se presara sare si boia si se pune pe gratarul incins sau in tigaie
  • se rumeneste pe ambele parti
  • eu am servit cu salata de sfecla rosie
