Chiftele umplute cu mozzarella

Ingrediente:

  • 400g carne tocata degresata
  • mozzarella minis
  • 1 ceapa mica tocata marunt
  • 3 catei usturoi pisati
  • sare, piper, cimbru
  • 1 lingura quark

Mod de preparare:

  • amestecam bine toate ingredientele cu exceptia mozzarellei
  • formam bile pe care le umplem cu mozzarella
  • le punem pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt
  • le coacem la 200°C cca 25min pana se rumenesc bine
