Sau un fel de chiftele mai condimentate pe care eu le-am ‘prajit’ in tigaia grill.

Ingrediente:

  • 600g carne tocata degresata (amestec vita-porc)
  • 1 ou mare
  • 1 ceapa mica tocata marunt
  • 4 catei usturoi pisati
  • sare, piper, cimbru
  • 2 linguri tarate de ovaz inmuiate intr-o cana de iaurt (optional)

Mod de preparare:

  • amestecam bine toate ingredientele pana obtinem o pasta consistenta
  • formam chiftele mari si groase
  • le prajim pe ambele parti intr-o tigaie de teflon bine incinsa (fara ulei)

Se pot coace si la cuptor insa nu vor mai fi asa fragede la interior.
