Friptura din pulpe de curcan

Ingrediente:

  • 1 pulpa de curcan
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline
  • sos de soia
  • 1 ceapa mica
  • 3 catei usturoi
  • sare, piper, boia
  • busuioc, maghiran, cimbru

Mod de preparare:

  • carnea de pe pulpa (care a fiert in supa: https://retetedieteticedukan.wordpress.com/2014/02/20/supa-de-curcan/) se desprinde de pe os si se caleste bine in ulei de masline si sos de soia
  • se adauga ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt si 1 ceasca de apa
  • cand apa scade, se adauga condimentele si mirodeniile si se mai calesc putin impreuna
  • friptura se serveste calda, cu salata de legume la PL sau mujdei de usturoi la PP

Eu am servit cu salata de ardei copti.
