Salata proteica de rucola

O alta sugestie de salata de rucola, de data asta super proteica, deci si light si healthy si satioasa.šŸ™‚

Ingrediente:

  • 2 pumni rucola
  • 2 oua fierte tari
  • 3 felii sunca light
  • 30g mozzarella light
  • 3 ciuperci champignons
  • 5 ridichi mici
  • 1 felie de rosie
  • 1 lingurita ulei masline
  • 1 lingurita zeama de lamaie
  • sare, piper

Mod de preparare:

  • se spala legumele, se pun intr-un bol incapator
  • se adauga restul ingredientelor, ouale si ciupercile feliate
  • se asezoneaza cu sare, piper, ulei si suc de lamaie
  • se savureaza pe indelete
