Budinca de paste cu branza dulce

Ingrediente:

  • 1 pachet de paste shirataki konjak
  • 500g quark degresat
  • 4 oua mari
  • 8 linguri xylitol
  • 1 esenta de vanilie

Mod de preparare:

  • pastele se dau intr-un clocot, se scurg de apa si se pun intr-o forma de yena
  • se prepara un amestec din branza, oua, indulcitor si vanilie
  • se toarna amestecul peste paste
  • se da la cuptor la 200°C pt. aprox 30-40min pana se rumeneste frumos budinca
  • se consuma atat calda cat si rece
